Data and purposes

We process the data you give us, such as your name, contact details, message and property preferences, in order to answer your enquiries and manage the services you ask for.

We also process the technical data needed to run and secure the site, as well as the record of the authorisations you grant or withdraw.

When you authorise commercial communications, we will use your data to send them to you. That authorisation is optional and you can withdraw it.

Legal basis

We answer your requests and manage the services on the basis of the corresponding pre-contractual or contractual steps. Processing that is subject to authorisation is based on your consent.

We may also process data to comply with legal obligations and, where appropriate, on our legitimate interest in protecting the security of the service.

Recipients

The technology providers that supply hosting, email and support services may access the data needed for those functions.

If handling your request requires your data to be disclosed to a developer, we will tell you who the recipient is and for what purpose, and we will ask for your authorisation before doing so.

Retention
